Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RedCap Store website (red-cap.store) and the services we provide. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Who we are and what we sell

RedCap Store ("we", "us") sells access to Nintendo Switch accounts that already own libraries of digital games. After payment, your own console is linked to the purchased account through Nintendo's official device-code sign-in flow, giving you the ability to download and play the games in that account's library on your console.

RedCap Store is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo Co., Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. What you are buying

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game library of the purchased account on one linked console, for the access period stated on the product page.

You are NOT buying ownership of the account itself. The account email, password and security settings remain under our control at all times — this is what protects your access. You will never receive or need the account credentials.

Access is delivered by linking your console via a device code. Each order can be linked once; see our Refund & Warranty Policy for replacement conditions.

4. Acceptable use — important rules

The purchased account must be used in OFFLINE mode only. You download the games while linked, then play offline. This keeps the account safe for you and every other user of the service.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and immediately void your warranty and access, with no refund or replacement:

• Signing into online services or playing online multiplayer with the purchased account;

• Any monetary operations on the purchased account — buying games or DLC, adding funds, starting subscriptions, entering or changing payment details;

• Attempting to change the account's email, password, nickname or security settings;

• Reselling, sharing, or transferring your access to third parties;

• Using the account or our service for any unlawful purpose.

Your own personal Nintendo account is unaffected by these rules — play online with it as usual.

5. Ordering and delivery

Delivery is automatic and available 24/7. Once your payment is confirmed, the product is reserved for you and linking instructions become available on the order page and in your account.

Prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices, run promotions, and modify the catalog at any time; changes never affect orders already paid.

6. Warranty and refunds

Warranty coverage, replacement rules and refund conditions are described in our Refund & Warranty Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Nintendo affecting third-party accounts.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
